Hello,

This morning, I have been informed about disabling my azure subscription due to suspicious activities. Then I have checked the daily tasks performed,

and I have realized that many activities were done without my intention under my university IT team name, with mentioning their e-mail address to show who did the tasks,

and it charged about 1.30 USD for these many tasks.

Now my account is deactivated, I have already informed our IT team about the situation.

so, may you please erase this charge and reactivate my subscription?

I have already submitted a ticket for support, but I have received a warning that deactivated accounts can not submit support tickets.

    Hello Nusret Demir,

    To help resolve your issue, please follow the steps outlined in the similar Q&A thread below:

    Note:

    1. On left, enter Subscription in the box and click Go. as shown below User's image
    2. Select your subscription from the dropdown and click Next
    3. At this point there will be a delay of several seconds, and then various options will be displayed. Click Create a support request button at the top. Do not click any of the other optionsUser's image
