You already checked in portal the resource are deleted, so like Pavankumar Purilla mentioned it has no impact on your billing or resource usage, you can double check in Azure CLI by listing resources.
When you click on view all resources there you will be not seeing it, so the reason maybe like you said it is UI delay so wait for 48–72 hours to reflect the changes.
Even i can see the same from my end, waiting for some more time and meanwhile checking with internal team, once i get the details will update you.
