Based on the information you have provided, it looks like you cannot ungroup selected fields. 

Here are some possible ways to fix this: 

1. You are trying to ungroup a selection that hasn't been grouped. Make sure you chose the correct fields to ungroup. 
2. Your pivot table is using data model, which means the Ungroup feature is disabled. To check it is using data model: 
   • Click in the Pivot table > Pivot Table Analyze > Change Data Source > Change Connection. 
   • If it shows " “Workbook Data Model,” ungrouping is not supported. 
   
   • Recreate the PivotTable without using the Data Model if ungrouping is really necessary.
