Hi Support Team,
- I'm facing an issue with a shared Logic App using the "When an email arrives (V3)" trigger. The trigger fails to load in the designer and shows this error:
What I’ve Tried:Error:
The renderComponentIntoRoot component encountered an error while loading.

Try opening the Azure Portal in incognito mode and do a hard refresh with Ctrl + Shift + R. Still broken? Add
?Microsoft_Azure_EMA=stage4#in front of your Logic App URL – this forces the portal to load the fixed version. Once it works, go to F12 → Application → Clear storage → Clear site data to clean up the bad cache. As for the “When an email arrives (V3)” trigger, make sure the Outlook connection is still valid (under API Connections). If you're using a shared mailbox, switch to the trigger called “When a new email arrives in shared mailbox (V2)”. If none of this helps, open a support ticket and include the Session ID – Microsoft can trace the issue. -

That "renderComponentIntoRoot" error usually pops up when something goes wrong while the designer tries to load its components. Since you've already tested in incognito mode and different browsers, which was a smart move by the way, we should look at some other possibilities. First thing I'd suggest is checking if there might be any permission issues with the Office 365 connector. Sometimes if the permissions get messed up or need refreshing, it can cause exactly this kind of problem. Another thing worth trying is to open your browser's developer tools (you can usually do this by pressing F12) and then look at the console tab for any error messages that appear when the designer fails to load. These messages often give much better clues about what's actually going wrong. If you see anything about authentication failures or API errors, that would point us in the right direction.
For the shared mailbox connection issue, it's possible that the connection needs to be reauthorized. What sometimes helps is going to the API connections section in your Logic App, finding the Office 365 Outlook connection, and clicking on "Edit connection" to re-authenticate it.

What you can try to do is force the Azure Portal to reload using this URL:
https://portal.azure.com/?Microsoft_Azure_EMA=stage4#
After using the above URL:
- Press F12 to open Developer Tools.
- Go to the Application tab.
- Under Storage, click Clear site data.
- Then do a hard refresh:
Ctrl + Shift + R.
The navigate to your Logic App and try again :-)
