If your account is showing a $0 balance shortly after signing up, there are a few common reasons this may happen:
If you've started using Azure services that aren't included in the free tier or if usage exceeds the free limits, the corresponding charges are deducted from your $200 free credit. It's possible that usage activity quickly consumed the available credit.
The $200 credit is valid for 30 days from the date of account creation. If the 30-day period has ended, or if there was an issue with the initial credit allocation, your balance may reflect $0.
Sometimes, there may be a delay in updating your credit balance or a setup issue during registration. We recommend checking the "Cost Management + Billing" section in the Azure portal to review your usage and billing history.
