How can I register in Azure with a free account ?

I am now learning Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100) Exam Prep Professional Certificate on Coursera, and the instructor is Microsoft. How can I register in Azure with a free account to practice what I am learning, and I do not have a bank account?

Are you a student, they also provide Azure free account without credit card, and for registration you would need institution's email address.
