Could you please check the following things:
- Go to Azure DevOps -> Organization Settings -> Users -> Check if that user has Basic or Stakeholder access level.
- In the Users Tab -> Member of tab -> Make sure you are in group like Contributors, Readers, or Project Administrators.
- Go to Azure DevOps -> Organization Settings -> Under Security -> Permissions -> See if there is an existing user with Administrator permissions who can restore access.
- If there is no user with Admin permissions, then go to Azure portal -> Microsoft Entra ID -> Roles and Administrators -> Search for Azure DevOps Administrator -> If you see someone listed, they may be able to help restore access.
