Dear Team,

I would like to let you know that we couldn't access the Azure Devops board due to owner issue in this link in our organization- https://dev.azure.com/CDA-XXX/ . we got an admin access from the owner, unfortunately he left from the organization. As we have been monitoring the project using this devops board by creating product backlogs. Moreover, none of them are able to access in our project.

Would you please help us that how to retrieve this board or May I know to whom we could reach out to resolve this issue. Much appreciated for your help.

    Hi Sivasankar Manickam

Could you please check the following things:

    1. Go to Azure DevOps -> Organization Settings -> Users -> Check if that user has Basic or Stakeholder access level. User's image
    2. In the Users Tab -> Member of tab -> Make sure you are in group like Contributors, Readers, or Project Administrators.
    3. Go to Azure DevOps -> Organization Settings -> Under Security -> Permissions -> See if there is an existing user with Administrator permissions who can restore access.
    4. If there is no user with Admin permissions, then go to Azure portal -> Microsoft Entra ID -> Roles and Administrators -> Search for Azure DevOps Administrator -> If you see someone listed, they may be able to help restore access.

    Hope this helps!

Please Let me know if you have any queries.
