I am being toggled by microsoft and trckclick to the point my email links won't open

Question

If I uninstall ALL Microsoft updates, will that take me back to before the trick-click nightmare started? My email links won't open for most of my emails, and it is really messing things up for me. i am so done having to fight with this everyday.
