Cant play games that are conected to Xbox app

When i try to play sea of thives, i can not get in to the game. When i try to conect this message comes up User's image

When i press continue it just keaps on coming up agien and agien. when i press Cancel it says that sea of thives is down. When i cheak the discord of sea of thives and it says the server are up. how can i fix this problem?
