Hello,

I have a question regarding Microsoft Entra External ID.

We understand that Azure AD B2C new tenant creation will be stopped after May 1, 2025, and migration to Microsoft Entra External ID is recommended.

Therefore, we would like to inquire about the latest status regarding the General Availability (GA) of Microsoft Entra External ID in the Japan region. Could you please also share any information on its roadmap and future deployment plans for Japan?

The availability of Microsoft Entra External ID in Japan is crucial information for our customers currently using Azure AD B2C, as well as for those considering external identity integration in the future.

We appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

For migration from Azure B2C tenant to Microsoft Entra External ID, please follow this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/customers/how-to-migrate-users
