How to disable authenticator without possibility to recover code

Question

I need to remove authenticator because while recovering my other email authenticator code is requested. But i have no possibility to recover authenticator code.
I talked online with a microsoft operator that suggested me to

• use this [http://account.live.com/pw/?nocache=1] site on a new device and in anonymous tab, using my main email as method to recover the disabled one, and ignore authenticator. I did so but after i compiled the form for new password and repeat new password, a message with "session expired. Try later" is given

Indeed, with my main email i use another authenticator.

Unable to solve my problem, the operator closed the chat too abruptly. I'm desperate, trying to find a solution for months
