It is difficult to registerRedmi 14C mobile in India to Intune. It works fine when configured but doesn't ask to set up a new PIN for Mobile.

Overnight the COmpany Portal installed disappers

    Hello Nirav Mahendra Shah,

Assuming this is enrolled as Android Enterprise personally owned (correct me if otherwise). Please confirm if there are no enrollment restrictions blocking this. Make sure the device is able to sync after enrollment. If it is not able to or if enrollment was not completed in company portal, check if there are any compliance policies which the device did not meet or any conditional access policies inhibiting the communication with Intune service.

Also, test on other models and versions of Android to narrow down if this is an issue specific to the model/version or if it is related any configuration from Intune.

    Refer to:

Overview of enrollment restrictions - Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn

Troubleshoot device enrollment in Intune - Intune | Microsoft Learn

Troubleshoot Android Enterprise device enrollment in Microsoft Intune - Intune | Microsoft Learn

    Hope this helps!
