Unable to access AZ-900 certificate

Question

I have passed AZ-900 certification on 10th January 2024. As I have lost the access due to the password forgot. I tried to reset password, however while resetting the password we need to fill a form which asks last email that we sent from that mail id and subject for the same. However I haven't sent any email from that mail id, I am using that email id for certification purpose only. Now ai don't have any proof that I have given exam and passed that one. If required I have msid for the exam. Requesting you to please provide me at least scorecard so that I can attach it to my profile whenever required. Thanks in advance
