Hi there,
I am unable to reschedule my exam, spoke with Pearsons account team and they are saying to reach out Microsoft team. I can login my Microsoft account but not showing upcoming exams or how to reschedule one.

Hi there, I spoke with Pearson customer service and they are saying i need talk to Microsoft cred team. She said Microsoft will link my account with Pearsons account and I will be able to login after. I am going round and round in circles. Please can someone help.
