lost billing scope

Lost my billing link accidentally in Azure as I cancelled MS365 with GoDaddy (CSP). GoDaddy did not say that Microsoft 365 was linked to my Azure tenancy (the email address I already moved to gmail some time ago). GoDaddy says as it is more than 30 days ago that I cancelled MS365, they cannot restore it.

The tenancy is still live, but I can no longer access billing. How can I get access to billing again and continue payments (pay as you go)?

    The billing ownership has been successfully transferred from GoDaddy to our organization. Following this change, we now have full access to billing profiles and Cost Management features within the Azure portal.

    Are you able to access https://portal.azure.com?

    If you are the admin and have no access to the tenant, please contact support via this link here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

    You will need your tenant ID for this. You will need to explain what has happened to the team and they should be able to help.
