It has been my pleasure to be a MIEE since 2022. However, I was not able to activate an achievement code. Where can I activate and how do I do so?

Hello everyone,

It has been my pleasure to be a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) since 2022, and I’m proud to continue engaging with Microsoft’s educational community.

However, I’ve been facing an issue: I did not receive or am unable to activate my achievement code for the MIEE program.

Issue Details:

• I have completed all the required modules and learning paths.
• I’m signed in with my Microsoft Learn profile.
• I checked my Achievements tab but did not find any achievement code linked to MIEE.
• I also looked under Credentials > Redeem Achievement Code, but I’m not sure what to enter or where to get the actual code.

What I Need Help With:

1. Where exactly can I activate or redeem the achievement code related to MIEE recognition?
2. If this needs to be issued by a regional education team or admin, who should I contact?
3. Is this code linked to a specific program, email notification, or badge?

I would appreciate any guidance or if someone could share the correct steps to follow for redeeming or activating this code.
