Two account found for Pearson Vue - I need merge the accounts.

Good day,

I need you to merge my Microsoft accounts (Hotmail) because I'm having trouble scheduling certification exams. PearsonVue is notifying me that they see duplicate accounts with the email ******@hotmail.com.
