net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
have reissued the certificate in Azure Web App and also bindings been done again. The browser shows insecure in any browser, edge, chrome, firefox. It appears the certificate is stuck to azurewebsites.net instead of the custom domain name configured with a binding. Need Azure support to correct.

Under Certificates did it successfully issue new managed certificate for www ? Certificate for your apex domain is working fine but not your www. Since it 301 redirects to your www and www cert/binding isn't working that is triggering the error.
