One user Sync error issue. There is no Display Name or User Principal Name. Distinguished Name CN={46536C4C47386B6C54306573346178764B49754265773D3D}

Object GUID keeps changing.

How do I clear this up?

Hello Jim,

I would like to provide my findings, The error occurs when an object is converted from a synced user to a cloud-only user,
To resolve the issue, you can follow the below action plan-:

Disable sync scheduler -: Open PowerShell as an administrator and the cmlet -:
Set-ADSyncScheduler -SyncCycleEnabled $false

Go to your synchronization service manager and copy the distinguish name of the affected user and put it in a text editor.

Still on the synchronization service manager, go to connector >> properties and copy the domain(xxxx.onmicrosoft.com – AAD) .

Place both copied texts in correspondent field in this cmdlet
Remove-ADSyncCSObject "xxxx.onmicrosoft.com - AAD" "CN={ }

Set-ADSyncScheduler -SyncCycleEnabled $True

Run delta sync and observe.
