Still waiting to level up to level 2 after submitting request weeks ago

Our business has been verified but we don’t see any progress when submitting our requests to move to level 2 on the Founders Hub site. What am I missing?
We’ve met all the requirements in the first year and in order to level up to Level 2. Nothing happens when clicking the Submit Request button.
