Azure Portal - Elastic jobs and target groups not showing BUT exist on the db

Please assist with the above mentioned in the subject regatding nothing showing in the Elastic job agent. i.e Jobs, target groups... but they all exists in the database. Just NOT showing on Azure Portal. What could be wrong?

1.Check Permissions & Role Assignments
Ensure that your Azure account has the necessary permissions to view and manage Elastic Jobs. If your role lacks read access, the jobs may exist but not be displayed in the portal.

2.Verify Elastic Job Agent Configuration
Confirm that the Elastic Job Agent is correctly set up and linked to the database.
Run the following query in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to check if jobs exist:
SELECT * FROM jobs.job_executions ORDER BY start_time DESC;
If jobs appear in the query results but not in the portal, there may be a UI issue.

3.Refresh Azure Portal & Clear Cache
Try logging out and back in to Azure Portal.
Clear your browser cache or use Incognito Mode to rule out caching issues

4.Check for Azure Service Issues
Sometimes, Azure services experience temporary UI glitches.
Check the Azure Status Page to see if there are any ongoing issues affecting Elastic Jobs.

5.Firewall & Network Restrictions
If your database is behind a firewall, ensure that Azure services have access.
Run the following command to allow Azure services:

EXEC sp_set_firewall_rule N'AllowAzureServices', '0.0.0.0', '255.255.255.255';

I had to drop the Elastic agent and recreate it again, good thing the jobs/jobsteps, Target groups and credentials remain because the do not get affected when you drop the agent as they are stored in the db. just verify the login/user exists on the master db and target db. Now working thanks
