Certificate not received after AI-900 exam on 25 May

Hello, I appeared for the Microsoft Azure AI-900 exam via OnVUE on May 25, 2025, using my Microsoft account (******@gmail.com). After completing the exam, I did not receive any score report or certificate. There is no update in my Certification Dashboard, and I did not receive any confirmation email. Please help me check the status or guide me on any required next steps.
