Authenticator issue

Question

Hi, my Hotmail demand an authenticator code, the problem is that I have lost the app in the phone, and I have not acees to it cause I forget the email password. Its just like loop. I have double authentification on the email ( an other email). Is there any solution? To verify the identity on authenticator without email or beckup the data.

This is the only way to regain access to your account for Hotmail.
