How do i create a subscription in the AI Foundry when your location is not listed?

I was unable to create a subscription for the AI Foundry because the Turks and Caicos Islands is not listed in the country list.

This is a common limitation for certain regions and countries, as Microsoft restricts service availability based on regulatory, billing, and support considerations.

Azure AI Foundry and related services are only available in specific regions and countries. If your country is not in the list, you cannot directly create a subscription using local billing or address information

The list of supported countries is determined by Microsoft and may change over time. You can check the current list of supported geographic locations and regions in the official documentation:
