How to Permanently Disable or Prevent WindowsUpdate_trace_log Trace Session?

Hi, I'm running into a recurring issue where the WindowsUpdate_trace_log trace session keeps starting automatically after turning on my computer or after some time.

I'm getting something like this: MpWppCoreTracing-20250531-012408-00000003-100000000

This tracing thing uses a lot of disk, like almost 100% disk and it doesn't stop!

Of course I know "logman stop" and "logman delete" would fix the issue but it's frustrating to do so every I turn on my computer, or it begins to run again after some time. At some point I got blue screen and required to restart.

Things that I've also tried is to create a bat and ps file and put them in the task scheduler, but it is not very effective. I need a better solution, best if I can turn this off forever. Please help!

I downloaded bitdefender antivirus instead of using Window defender and it fix the problem!
