How to add a FB authenticator into the app without logging into FB

I’m logged out of all my accounts and can’t log back in without going through the authenticator app, but the app doesn’t have Facebook on it. It doesn’t give me any alternative for logging in and I’m not logged in on any devices. How can I add Facebook Into my authenticator app without being logged in?

It won’t give me options of submitting documentation or a workaround. It will only accept an authenticator code
