microsoft azure subscription to change from 1 month to 12 month of free $200

i have subscribed for azure free subscription of $200 for 12 months but it provided me only one month subscription of $200 how to change it to 12 months without any extra charges for free

Hi,

With Azure Free account the $200 credit is only valid for the first 30 days. At the end of the 30 days, you must upgrade to Pay-As-You-Go account. Once you upgrade, if you only use Free services and stay within limits, there will be no charge during the remaining 11 months.
