Azure Cache for Redis stuck in scaling state

We attempted to scale an Azure Cache for Redis cluster from C1 to C3 tier and it got stuck in state 'Scaling - Standard 1 GB'. The metrics indicate it may well have scaled but everything else suggests it's still C1 tier.

It has remained in this status for a few days now and we are unable to make any further changes to it. Is there anything that can be done to rectify it?

    Following our discussion, you were unable to scale the resource, and it got stuck in scaling state.

    Later, we attempted to recover the cache, and you are able to scale it from C1 to C3.
