Unable to Access Azure Subscription Despite Successful Sign-In

I subscribed to Microsoft Azure using my university email and completed payment. Since then, I’ve been unable to access the portal. When I log in with the same email, I get the following error: "You don't have access to this. Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource."

Despite not having access, I still see the charge on my bank account and continue to receive daily Azure emails. I've tried repeatedly to cancel the subscription, but can't log in to manage or deactivate it. Logging in with other Outlook accounts shows no Azure subscription.

After hours of trying to contact Microsoft support, I still haven’t been able to reach a real person. How can I cancel or deactivate the Azure account if I can’t access the portal?

Your email may not be added to the account. Try the onMicrosoft.com email:
    user@<Tenant>.onmicrosoft.com

    ******@Contoso.OnMicrosoft.com

You would have created that user when you created the account and tenant.
