I previously canceled an Azure subscription that included an MSDN benefit. Now I’m trying to reactivate it, but I receive a message saying that I need to contact Azure support to proceed. However, contacting Azure support appears to require an active subscription with available credits — which I no longer have, since the subscription was canceled. This puts me in a loop where I can’t reactivate the subscription without support, and I can’t access support without an active subscription.
Could you please advise how I can resolve this issue or how I can reach support without requiring a valid subscription credit?
