Regarding the review status of the Azure OpenAI opt-out application (Application ID 3136856)

I am writing about an opt-out application (Application ID 3136856) that I submitted on May 14, 2025. More than 10 business days have passed, and I still haven't received a response from Microsoft. I also sent an email to csgate@microsoft.com to check the status, but I haven't received a reply from that address either.

Are there any other ways to check the status of my application?

The email I received at the time of submission is as follows:

Modified abuse monitoring/content filtering is a limited access feature in Azure OpenAI.

At this time, modified content filters and/or modified abuse monitoring for Azure OpenAI Service are only available to managed customers and partners working with Microsoft account teams and are subject to additional requirements.

Customers meeting these requirements can request approval for modified content filters and/or modified abuse monitoring .

Please contact sales team to become a managed customer.

Thank you for your reply and, once again, for the detailed explanation regarding the modification of content filters and abuse monitoring in Azure OpenAI.

From your explanation, we now understand that even for managed customers, working directly with a Microsoft account team (representative) is essential to apply for changes to this feature.

Currently, as we do not have a Microsoft representative who can directly assist us with this process, we would like to consider this inquiry closed for now.

I am writing to inform you that I had already replied directly to the previous email communications concerning this application, prior to receiving your message. Unfortunately, despite those direct replies, I still have not received any response or update on the status of my application.

As you noted, the application was submitted on May 14, 2025, and the initial 10-business-day review period has passed. My attempts to follow up, including contacting csgate@microsoft.com and replying directly to earlier communications, have not yet yielded a response.

Given this, could you please advise if there are any other avenues I can pursue or if there's any way to escalate this inquiry?
