I am writing about an opt-out application (Application ID 3136856) that I submitted on May 14, 2025. More than 10 business days have passed, and I still haven't received a response from Microsoft. I also sent an email to csgate@microsoft.com to check the status, but I haven't received a reply from that address either.

Are there any other ways to check the status of my application?

The email I received at the time of submission is as follows:

Thank you for your interest Thank you for your application to modify Azure OpenAI Modified Abuse Monitoring. We will review your application within approximately 10 business days. If you reach out to [csgate@microsoft.com] for any reason, please either reply to this email or reference your ApplicationID [3136856] Sincerely, Cognitive Services Gating Team Azure Cognitive Services ___________ Microsoft  respects your privacy. Hi 坂井 信哉

Modified abuse monitoring/content filtering is a limited access feature in Azure OpenAI.

At this time, modified content filters and/or modified abuse monitoring for Azure OpenAI Service are only available to managed customers and partners working with Microsoft account teams and are subject to additional requirements.

Customers meeting these requirements can request approval for modified content filters and/or modified abuse monitoring .

Please contact sales team to become a managed customer.

Reference: Modified content filters and abuse monitoring

    Thank you.

    Hello 坂井 信哉,

The Microsoft Q&A thread you referenced concerns an Azure OpenAI opt-out application (Application ID 3136856) submitted on May 14, 2025. As of June 3, 2025, the applicant has not received a response, despite the initial communication indicating a review period of approximately 10 business days. Additionally, the applicant attempted to follow up via email to csgate@microsoft.com but did not receive a reply

If you're experiencing a similar delay, consider the following steps:

    1. Double-Check Submission Details: Ensure that your application was submitted correctly and that you received a confirmation email.

Follow Up via Email: Reply directly to the confirmation email you received, referencing your Application ID. This can help ensure your inquiry is associated with your original application.

Contact Microsoft Support: If email follow-ups are unresponsive, consider reaching out through official Microsoft support channels or forums.

Allow Additional Time: Occasionally, processing times may extend beyond the estimated period due to high volumes or other factors.

    Best Regards,
