Surface Laptop 7 stuck at clear TPM screen while doing surface recovery, Keyboard not responding. Is there a workaround for this?

Hi, I was doing system recovery for Surface Laptop 7, recovery process started well but system got stuck at Clear TPM screen because onboard keyboard is not responding to key prompts F12 or ESCAPE, external USB keyboard is not responding either.

But the keyboard + Track pad works fine in UEFI settings menu. Please help

    Turn off Surface Laptop 7 by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

    Press + hold Volume Up > press the Power button to enter UEFI.

    In UEFI:

    Go to Security > TPM.

    Clear TPM manually.
