I had to change phones and on backing up realised my Authenticator wasn’t backed up on iCloud - I know can’t get in to my office account

Hi,

Been over a day I can’t access 365 or connect with my team, tried Microsoft support several times and still yet to hear back from their data team.

Only options that was set up for 2FA is via Authenticator, I’m really stuck
