SuiteReport Excel add-in can't be found Excel 2019 and above on Windows

Hi,

This is Faizan, reaching out from SuiteReport. We are officially registered on the Microsoft Partner Center and our Excel add-in is also live on the Office store. 

When we search for our add-in on Office 365 it shows up properly and you can download it. Same goes for Excel 2019 or above on Mac. However, when we use Excel 2019 on Windows, the SuiteReport add-in can't be found when we type 'SuiteReport'. In this way, our customers who use Excel 2019 on windows are not able to access it which is causing a lot of hassle. 

We are already at the partner center and raised a support ticket but no one from the technical team or engineering team has contacted us yet. Please help us address this issue ASAP.
