Hi,

I'm getting an error when login to Azure:
Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

This is my @outlook.com account.

Everything under Office 365 work fine.

Tried a LOT of things with the support but in the end they tell me to reach out to commercial support, but I am private and cant get support...

Please Help!

    Thanks for your question.

    If a tenant remains inactive for over 200 days past the billing cycle, Microsoft initiates a process to remove inactive tenants. The tenant is deleted after 20 days of being inaccessible due to inactivity and it isn't recoverable.

    If it is beyond 20 days, you do not have the option to recreate.
