My microsoft certifitcate is not showing in my learn profile.

Hi Team,

Last year I did 3 certification, Az900/DP900/DP203 but now these all certificate is not showing in my learning profile account. I already posted it on linked last year but that link is also not working, getting error like below. Can you please help me to recover my certification in my learning profile. I am able to login in my learning profile but looking like certification has been removed. kindly help the same to linked my certificate in my profile.
