Registry fix for windows speculative side channel revert due to GPO settings for Spectre/meltdown registry

Question

We have a GPO registry setting for Spectre/Meltdown locked down(see below screenshots), however, the fix for windows speculative configuration check changes those specific keys.

The question is would adding the Reg fix for windows Speculative config break the Spectre meltdown fix?
