The Azure Container Instance service seems to be down. We have numerous ACIs that won't start in the East US region. They get stuck in the "Pending" state for a long time and will toggle between the "Repairing" and "Pending" states. Some of them will eventually change to the "Failed" status. We are currently experiencing this with six of our ACIs, so it's not particular to just one. The problem seemed to start just before 3AM CST.

I’ve just created an Azure Container Instance in my lab environment without any issues and it's in running state. I recommend that you share the error message and any relevant screenshots via private message so I can help troubleshoot the problem more effectively. Also please share activity logs in PM.

Thanks for the quick response. I don't see a way to send a private message, so I will upgrade our support contract so that I can email Microsoft support via the Portal.
Solution was to submit ticket to Microsoft ACI support. They found there was a regional capacity issue for ACI at that period of time for the East US region and that had caused issues for the ACIs (not only ours but other customers as well).
