I am new to building logic apps flows, could you please guide me here. I want to create an automation flow.
what I am trying to achieve:
Default Agent (gpt 4.1) should answer to my questions, then put the responses into docx file and send this docx file to my email. Here is my flow, please guide me through, what am I missing?
for some reason I get file like this and it is empty

I am able to fetch agent output using compose action.

It still doesnt work for me.
I added compose and in "Populate MS word template" I chose the compose output. I dont understand this stupid error. why does it say there is no template if I have added a template from the developer tab
I think I did smth wrong with attachments as well. As you can see, there is no dynamic output from Microsoft word connector, it only shows output from compose.
Ans yes, compose shows that the agent runs successfully as it answers to the questions. But it doesnt populate the word file.

Are you able to generate output for your payload in Azure AI Foundry**| Azure OpenAI.**
If you haven't checked in open AI please test the payload.
Because when i test agent configuration in my lab i am able to generate the data.

You can directly send report as document in mail attachment by following below steps.
1, email attachment name: XXXXX.doc
2.Content: compose action output
please try above suggested steps and if it works, please accept the answer.
