Cannot Request Refund After Canceling Microsoft 365 Copilot (1-Year Monthly Commitment)

Hello,

I am being charged for a Microsoft 365 Copilot for Business subscription with a one-year commitment and monthly billing. I have already attempted to cancel the subscription, but I continue to be billed.

Here are the key details:

  • Invoice IDs: G092519xx (May 15, 2025), G087737xxx (April 15, 2025)
  • Each charge is for USD 31.50
  • Status: Paid
  • Subscription cannot be accessed or canceled anymore – I receive a "Resource Not Found" error (error code 404) in the Azure portal when trying to manage it.

It appears the subscription is either deleted or no longer visible, but billing is still active. I would like to:

  1. Cancel any remaining active billing,
  2. Request a refund for the charges made after my attempted cancellation.

Please advise on how to proceed or escalate the case to a billing specialist. Thank you in advance.
