After logging in to the Azure portal, when I click the Create Microsoft Entra ID button, I get the following error: There is a problem with authentication.

The portal is experiencing issues obtaining an authentication token. This may result in a degraded rendered experience.

Additional information from the call to obtain the token:

    Hello コアシステム 株式会社,

    Thanks for your question

So this is a AppSessionSelectionInvalidSessionNotExist error which means Application requested a user session that doesn't exist. i.e it is logging in to an account that does not exist. To resolve

    • Try logging into a private/incognito tab or a different browser. Preferrably edge Inprivate
    • Also try Clearing browser cache and cookies
