I am trying to restore a PostgreSQL flexible server using point-in-time restore (PITR). During the process, I am unable to proceed because every server name I enter is being rejected, even those that are clearly unique and valid (e.g., ny-flex-pg-db-202506051030, niyaleo-restore2025, and other random names).

The error I receive is:

“Server name must be available” —even when the name meets all the documented requirements (lowercase letters, 3–63 characters, no leading/trailing hyphen, etc.).
