    Hi @Guy Davis

I understand you're looking to transfer your Microsoft certifications from your previous work email account to a personal one, especially as you're seeking new job opportunities. This is an important request, and I'm happy to help you with the process.

While you can't directly transfer certifications through your Microsoft account settings, you can request to merge your profiles by contacting the Microsoft Learn support team. They securely handle profile consolidations.

Here's how to submit a request to them:

    1. Access Microsoft Learn Support:

    2. Submit your request:

    • Click Ask a question and clearly describe your situation (e.g., "I no longer have access to my work email and need to transfer my certifications to a personal account").
    • A Microsoft representative will typically respond via a private message to gather sensitive information needed for verification. Remember, don't share personal details like your MCID or full email address in your initial public post.

I hope this guidance helps you regain access to and share your valuable certification.
