Azure Grant renewal was added to the wrong account

Our organization received a renewal on the annual $2,000 Non-profit Azure grant. The grant has been applied to the incorrect account. I've contacted support from both accounts but have they have been unable to figure out how to apply our grant to the existing subscription. It's the same subscription we've used for many years.

We really could use some help.

    Hello,

    The issue you have can only be resolved by support. No one in the Q&A forum here has access to fix this.

    Did you access support via your portal https://portal.azure.com

    then click on the hamburger menu to find the support option:

    Open a support ticket and ask them to merge the subscription together
