I'm glad to hear that the issue has been resolved and that you're now able to view the Insights and Reporting blade.

I am a Global Admin and have been previously able to use the reports in the Insights and Reporting blade of Conditional Access or in Entra - Monitoring & health - Log Analytics, however recently I'm getting errors that I don't have access -or- that log analytics is not enabled. Again, this was working up until very recently, I have had the same permissions (Global Admin). I am unable to submit a ticket in Azure as we only have Basic Support, however this should be included in ANY support as it is part of Entra. We have Entra P1 and P2 in our tenant.

it is working again for myself and our team, seems it was part of a larger issue in Azure and was resolved as of Friday 6/6 https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Health/AzureHealthBrowseBlade/trackingId/8T73-3VG/scope/8b2c6dff-7e79-41da-a860-b4727dd9d4b4
