Getting 429 errors on the azure functions but not able to find any of these calls in the Logs or in the Azure Insights

While using an Azure functions and .Net 8 Isolated, after some time with messages being sent and functions running... we start getting a lot of 429 errors on the azure functions.
Here problem is we don't find any of these calls in the Logs or in the Azure Insights.
We tried solution proposed in below link but it did not help us
