How to correct Error Code EC-4007 I am getting this out of the blue as I try to delete messages from my E-mail.

The error code EC-4007 you're seeing when trying to delete all your spam emails is usually caused by too many items being selected at once or a temporary server sync issue. Please try these suggestion:

Delete your spam emails in smaller batches (e.g., 50 or 100 at a time).
Refresh your browser or restart the Outlook app.
If you’re using the web version, try clearing the cache or switching to another browser.
