I hope to download the "DaRT 10" tool (Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset 10), but I have been searching for it in Microsoft documentation for a long time and have not seen the download link. Only the introduction and installation tutorial are available

DaRT is licensed through Volume Licensing with SA only, if your company has the required license, logging in to https://admin.microsoft.com with a user with the correct role assigned, it should be available under "Billing" / "Your products" / "Volume License" , and look for Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP).

(It is not available as a public download)

DART is part of MDOP. This is a software assurance benefit so you would need to have a subscription to download.
