Can someone please help me to understand why each time I enable my SQL server for Public Access is keeps reverting back to disabled?
Can you explain what exactly "my SQL Server" is in this context? Is this SQL Server running your laptop? Somewhere in your organisation? Or is it running in the cloud? Enabling for public access sounds like Azure SQL Database, but that does not match your tag, so I want to be sure I know what you are talking about.

I would expect the activity log to also include an even for when the public access went from Selected networks to Disabled. At least I got an event in my log when I disabled public access.
Did you manage to get Public Access stable, or did it revert back to Disabled?
Let me put it this way: The server has been enabled for public access for the last ten years or so without disruption.
When you enable it for public access, how long time does it take before it reverts?
It holds until I run my deployment. But it is actually the failed deployment that is asking me to enable the Public Access in the first place?

So you are deploying the server is some automated fashion? Seems like there are some details, you did not tell us about. It is very difficult to assist when we don't have the full information.
Myself, I only "deploy" my servers through the portal. I don't even create one per year.
The server was created through the portal using the SQL Database available in the marketplace. Nothing special at all.
Thanks for your help, but I have redeployed the database, and no failures in the deployment occur.
Pretty sure there was an option I missed earlier in the deployment.
