I got locked out of my phone and had to do a factory reset. As a result all my data from my authenticator and duo push app have disappeared. I can't get into my customs and border patrol account because I need to verify my identity with the authenticator app. But I can't get the code they sent because it's not sending to my authenticator app since my account isn't in it. I can't add in my account because I need a QR code. Help please!
